In light of the manifold challenges in the foreign and security policy sphere today (the Russian war on Ukraine, climate change, rising tensions in the US), the panel will explore best practices and different perspectives on leadership in different contexts. Panelists will discuss how leaders in different fields approach their tasks on both sides of the Atlantic, and how their leadership style and approach changes with the level and type of conflict faced. Opportunities to learn from each other across silos and cultures will be identified.
